Pallavi Kulkarni
Clinical Director
Pallavi Kulkarni is the Clinical Director for Proficio Therapy Thane Center. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2021. Pallavi has a Masters in Educational Psychology from Touro University (USA) .She has a certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Brandman University (USA) and diploma in counseling psychology. In 2018, she was introduced to Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) while working as a Behavior therapist in a school setting.
She was inspired to make this her life’s work . She has worked extensively in school, center, hospital and in home settings across USA and India. Pallavi specializes in early intervention for children ages 2 to 5 using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Pallavi loves to work in collaboration with parents to deliver the best research-based ABA therapy, tailored to the needs, interests, and personality of each child. She lives with her husband, two children and a cat in Thane City. She enjoys visiting new places, trying new recipes and spending time with her family.
Dr. Priti Mhatre

As a dedicated Developmental Pediatrician with over 10 years of expertise, Dr. Priti is passionate about diagnosing and managing developmental challenges such as Autism, ADHD, Learning disability, Intellectual disability, Developmental Delay, and other neuro-developmental disorders. Her work combines clinical excellence with a strong focus on inclusive education, empowering families and educators to provide the best care for children.
Currently, Dr.Priti is consultant pediatrician for Proficio Therapy Thane West. She is committed to advancing early intervention strategies, fostering inclusive practices, and ensuring that each child receives the support they need to thrive emotionally and developmentally
Smrithi R. Shetty is a dedicated and compassionate RCI-Certified Speech-Language Pathologist with over two years of experience in helping individuals develop and refine their communication skills. She holds a Master’s degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (MASLP) from Manipal University. She worked as a Speech-Language Pathologist and Audiologist at Nayaks Hearing Care Pvt Ltd, Bangalore, for two years, providing comprehensive assessment and intervention services. During her tenure, she extended her expertise to affiliated hospitals such as Manipal Hospital and Command Hospital Bangalore, delivering specialized care in speech, language and hearing disorders. Additionally, she served as a part-time Assistant Professor at Mangalore Academy of Professional Studies, Mangalore, for four months, where she conducted lectures and academic sessions on neurological disorders affecting communication, swallowing, and hearing.
Smrithi specializes in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of speech, language, and communication disorders in children , including delayed speech and language development, articulation challenges, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, cerebral palsy, voice disorders, and fluency difficulties. Additionally, she provides guidance and counselling to parents and caregivers, equipping them with strategies to support their loved ones effectively.
Smrithi believes in a patient-centred approach, tailoring therapy plans to meet individual needs and empowering clients to communicate confidently in their daily lives. By combining evidence-based techniques with a compassionate and engaging style, she ensures that therapy is both effective and enjoyable, fostering meaningful progress for every client.

Mrugesh A. Khedekar is a highly motivated and compassionate occupational therapist with 14 years of extensive experience specializing in pediatrics and neurology. He is dedicated to empowering individuals, particularly children with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and learning challenges, to achieve their highest level of independence and quality of life.
Mr. Khedekar’s approach is rooted in evidence-based interventions and collaborative teamwork, ensuring personalized care that meets each child’s unique needs. His professional journey includes significant roles at Hands On Therapy Concepts Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai, Swayam Rehabilitation Centre for Spastics in Thane, Prafulta Psychological Centre, and AWMH Maharashtra. At Prafulta Psychological Centre, he focused on assessment, treatment planning, and implementing intervention goals for school-based children with learning disabilities and ADHD, along with counseling parents for effective home-based rehabilitation. At AWMH Maharashtra, he specialized in assessing, planning, and implementing treatment goals for children with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and ADHD.

Deepshikha Karthik Menon brings a wealth of experience in marketing, sales, and operations, having worked across diverse industries with a consistent focus on delivering results. Her professional journey includes key leadership roles such as Cluster Head at K12 Techno Services, where she led marketing and sales initiatives, as well as managing large-scale operations in the BPO sector.

An MBA graduate in Marketing Management from NMIMS, she combines strategic thinking with a deep passion for customer engagement. Over the years, she discovered her true calling in working with children, finding immense joy in contributing to their development and growth. This passion led her to transition into the education and therapy space, where she now channels her expertise to make a meaningful impact on young lives.

Our clinic-based program strives to work on individualized goals across language, social, and adaptive skills. Instruction will take place primarily within the context of play and will include tabletop learning when needed. Our clinic-based ABA treatment program also allows us to provide opportunities for social interactions, following schedules, and group responding in order to build a foundation for school readiness.
